1. You'll make mistakes. You'll probably make them more than once and far often than you would really want to. Please feel free to make them until you've learned the lesson.
2. There is a God. Sadly, behind him are also a bunch of religious freaks who keep falling into one of the mistakes I hate the most about religion: Over simplifying things in his name.
3. We've been given brains, use it wisely...If that fails, at least, use it.
4.Feel the things you need to feel when you need to feel them. Take your own time to do so and avoid just putting a blanket over things like too many people do.
5.Everybody has a family. In some weird way, we all do even when it is not blood related. Cherish them, once you've spent your early teen years hating them please notice that they actually had a point in most of the things they tried to teach you and you got so worked up about. Be wise enough to detect and change the ones they were not right about when it's your turn.
6.Planet earth is actually really really really big. Let's save space for the generations to come of both humans and all kinds of animals before filling that extra space with our Egos.
7.When practicing a martial art, you are more likely to hate flying kicks rather than love them. Dont worry, with a little practice and effort, you'll get them right...At least right enough to pass your exams.
8.Fuck politics.
9. Everybody is special in their own way. Take the time to notice what the others have to offer.
10.Be honest, be proud, be patient, be wise, be open and please be strong.
11.The only purpose of Mathematics is not to annoy us but for us to develop logical thinking. Make an effort and learn the basics.
12. You'll have less true friends than the number of fingers that you have in only one hand but that's perfectly ok, I'm pretty sure they are some Kick ass friends.
13. Make plans, set goals. Allow yourself to keep being motivated as you go trough life but they wont always come out as planned. Go ahead and make a new one after the bitter taste has gone away.
14.Laugh more often than you cry. When you feel like crying, allow yourself to do so.
15.Apologize when you need to. Have the courage to recognize when you have hurt someone in the smallest or biggest way, they will value it.
16.Improvise. Sometimes you need to throw plans or old ideas out the window because unexpected results are every now and then the best results.
17.You do not need drugs or alcohol to have a good time.
18. Respect to yourself and others is one of the best social catalyzers. Above all, make an honest effort to respect the points of view that are directly againts yours.
19.Growing up is a process, be an active part of your own process as you learn and incorporate new things along the way.
20. Stay true to the things you believe in, even when you find yourself being outnumbered. Don't write about things your actions actually oppose.
21. Love.
